I have recently bought a house and in the Old Barn thats on the property I found two Horse Racing Sulkies. I would like to know how old they are and whether or not I could sell them for good money. One has a label on it that states that it was made in the McMurray Sulky Company in Marion, Ohio. Its made of wood and has a lot of “dings” and “Gashes,” but over all not too bad. It is also missing the wheels. The other one, though I haven’t been able to look at it thoroughly, is in a better condition. It is the traditional red color of the McMurray Sulky Company, has both wheels still intact and it appears to be without too many dings. If you could help me figure this out that would be great.

my friend is renting a house, her landlord has 5 horses on the property. (2 mares, and 3 fillies) one of the mares has a tattoo on her upper lip, and was once registered to the maine standard bred breeders and owners association. the only thing we know about her is she has never had a saddle on her, and she was a racer. how can i look her up to find out her name, and past history?
we dont know who the breeder was, or the last owner. the horses belong to her landlord who is in his 80’s. if it helps any, her tattoo is “M742″
or “i17429″

A friend gave me an Arabian gelding that had been left for five years on her property by the previous owner. She still has the registration papers, but I have been paying for horse’s care for five months. We have had a bit of a disagreement about an unrelated topic, so I am worried that she could take the horse away since she still has his registration papers. Is this possible? Do I have any legal options?
